I dont think that this is a species of lepidurus as it completely lacks the supra anal plate. It is a notastracan. But I think its true species name is Triops mongolicus if it is not a different species.

I was wrong with the comment I made. I didnt see a supra anal plate on it at first. I looked closer at the picture and saw it did have a supra anal plate.
